GaitScan™ Biomechanical Foot Analysis
The TOG GaitScan™ is an innovative diagnostic tool that allows Physiotherapists to analyse your biomechanics during the dynamic gait cycle.
As you walk across the pressure plate, thousands of tiny sensors capture the distribution of pressure of your foot over time. The scan provides us with a wealth of information that cannot be obtained with the naked eye. Over a million points of data are recorded, tracking minor flaws in your biomechanics and shedding light on issues that, if left untreated, could develop into painful conditions over time.
The information from the scan is generated in a report and can help us to determine any need for orthotic therapy or a strength based rehab program.
