Biomechanical Assessments
Everyone seen at Centre Sports & Spinal will undergo a biomechanical assessment. This is to ensure that the physiotherapist can work out any underlying issues that may be predisposing you to injuries, weaknesses, muscle tightness or any other dysfunctions. Ideally, this is performed early in your rehabilitation, but in some instances this may have to be delayed due to significant pain and/or inflammation.
Your physiotherapist will fully explain their clinical reasoning in relation to your goals at the time of your appointment.
